Really slow day so here are a couple shot wide open with my two favorite lens.

I really have to get a second body so I don't have to keep switching lens on the 7D.

So your just a prime man huh. Need to add a 30 something or less and get the 200 2.8 haha.

Also I feel you cut off the arms on either side just a tad much. Try to get your model to smile also.

Maybe just because I'm viewing on my phone, but does the Sigma look a bit better?

I often think the same thing after I get home from a shoot. The Sigma does have some amazing bokeh quality. I will probably pick up the Sigma 85 f/1.4 after owning the 50.

I am definitely a prime guy but I will eventually own the 24-105 f/4 and the 70-200 f4.

And my sister was always saying that about my cameras so I had to have a comeback since she is a cake decorator and baker by trade.

That's about the same gear list I'm looking to get: 17-40, 24-105, 70-200 and then throw in a Sigma 50 1,4.

I use to own the Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 DG EX HSM II (what a mouthfull) and it was an excellent performer albeit heavy as heck. So I think the Canon 70-200 f/4 IS will be much lighter and still give me some awesome image quality.
