Bob and Nancy are searching for a photographer and come across GWC photography, do you really think that this is going to enter into the conversation. Only those that frequents forums will know about this and in that case it is really irrelevant. In fact there are a ton of people that we may refer to as GWC's that don't frequent forums and wouldn't have a clue on this. One of the girls that my daughter went to school with would fall into this category and when I called her a GWC in fun one evening she didn't have a clue what I was talking about. She is a stay at home mom, except for this, and quite honestly she does damn good work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Not all people that are just starting out do a poor job but that is what we infer with this term. My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

It's more ironic than criticism, what got my attention where the spots that GWC is running on WFTL, in which it is mentioned “don’t leave the photographs of your special events to amateurs” which dovetailed with the GWC name gave me a bit of a chuckle. Do what you love and you will love what you do, that applies to both work and life.
