Trying my homemade diffuser... What do you think..??

This was taken on the cheapo extension tubes with a 135mm + Raynox DCR-250 (2 pics stacked) Handheld

C&C are welcome.. I really want to learn macro !!

It looks like it did a good job. Lots of details and no blown high lights.

Depends on what other kind of shooting you do. If you it's mainly macro, I'd get a macro lens (although your current set-up works well). I like the 100mm f/2.8, But there are other good ones.

If your subjects are more diverse, maybe an ETTL flash.
