This was my first try at shooting golf with 5DIII.

Verdict: It worked just fine. I was quite satisfied about my switch from 1DIV to 5DIII. Yes, the speed and extra reach were missed, but IQ was not. I think I would still prefer 1DIV for golf (or perhaps for any other sports?), but 5DIII is no slouch. The AF worked very well and IQ was more than acceptable. One thing I really missed on a 1DIV was wanting a bit more megapixel to work with in post processing.

Anyways, here are some shots to share. Please note that these fellows are just weekend golfers, so please no bashing on their game...
