PLEASE READ.
Yes, that means YOU!
Everyone needs to remind themselves of the image posting rules:
https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=194511
It appears some new members have not read them, and some older members have forgotten them.
Please take special note of the image size limit of 1024 pixels.
I've recently had to remove a number of oversize images, if you want to make sure people can enjoy your work, then make sure it fits the rules.
Remember not everyone has a giant monitor, and even those of us who do, don't always use them.
The increasing popularity of tablets and laptops means screen resolutions are actually going down. 1024 pixels is a nice size for viewing on the majority of devices.
I've found that sizes between 800 and 1024 pixels are best.
It also means you don't have to rely on your image hosting service to resize the image which helps maintain quality.
If you have any questions please PM myself or another mod, no discussion will be entered into in this thread.
If you need help with resizing your images please look here: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=18
This message was bought to you be the letter M for Moppie and Mod, and the number 1024 for the size limit of your images.
