Hello all.

I bought a new 5D mk II last night - good upgrade from the 40D. I only had a quick play last night as I only have one EF lens at the moment (50 1.8) but the photos looked amazing, even on the rear LCD.

I have a battery grip, 24-70 (mk I) and 17-40 on order which I should have in a few days :)

5D mk II || 17-40 L || 24-70 f2.8 L || 50 f1.8

As to answering your question, it's not a plug-in or preset.
I have slowly develop this technique and now have it saved as a preset
But I always tweak it in many countless ways depending on the image's mood,color tempature, etc
Play with you levels,curves,split toning
