I know this has been discussed feverishly over the internet but I'm having trouble with micro adjusting as I've noticed my photos are not very "sharp." I've tried using focus genie and all the focusing techniques but I'm still not coming up with a good solution. Also, I'm running magic lantern, is there any cool techniques that I can use with ml to achieve "sharp" focusing? Or anything like thereof?

Have a look at DotTune
I run a nightly build of ML on my 5D2 that has dottune, check out the magic lantern forums for more info :)

Great! Tried these techniques out...I'm getting "shaper" shots than before, thanks!

5D/2 owners;

Question please,
I've only owned my newly acquired 5D Mk2 body two days now, are there better benefits shooting at 50 iso instead of 100 iso for quality images..??

Would love to hear owners experience/knowledge/advice, thank you.

Best wishes;
Peter

Mine pretty much stays on 100 but if needed to go higher no problem. Give it a test and see if you can see the difference.
