It happens every now and then, but the only way to tell if the violet or purple colors are there is by looking at the photo on the camera's screen, or on the computer screen. Our eyes can see shades of green, yellow, and white. Some people have told me that they can sometimes see a flicker of red.

It's true that some people can see more colors, particularly women; I'm a tetrachromate myself and see way more colors then most :)

dude, I think that is the best one yet...IMO you nailed the monochrome conversion. Just the right amount of light in the right places...you should be giving lessons on retouching too...generally, I think it looks awful and plastic, but you show that it can be done well...and still keep the feeling of actual human skin...
