Brilliant. I absolutely love it. Would you be willing to give some detail, like lighting and lens?

I'm normally not a fan of food in black and white but this absolutely works.

Thanks Ellen. Nothing fancy. Raw capture makes it easy to calibrate the white balance, and since it's a still, long exposures with tight apertures are no problem. The setup is really simple:

I bielieve I blended two channels for the conversio, though I don't remember which. The lens is a Tamron 28-300mm XR Di. The exposure was .8 sec. @ f/16 ISO 100.
