One from last night. This was a single shot, ƒf4 25 seconds with 4deg shift on 17 TS-E. Lightpainting outside, and a propane lantern inside. Took about 6-7 tries to get things right.

Beautiful shot as usual Todd. I hope you can make it over to Girard some day. According to the Texas State Historical assoc., by the year 2000, Girard had a population of 62. I think it would be an interesting area to photograph...and my mom was born there in 1916. :D

Thanks. I'm a big fan of your photography. Do you do group photography or any meetup?

I will make it out that way someday for sure. I actually wasn't that far from there last night. Wish I'd thought of it!

Thank you very much! I do arrange or participate with some unformal meetups and groups.

I am also planning a real honest night shooting workshop, which will be called Texas by Twilight (texasbytwilight.com - eventually!) Still trying to put all the pieces into place on this, but I am slowly working on it. :o (Actually, I'm not even sure if I'm going to call it Texas by Twilight or Expose to the Night - exposetothenight.com - Still trying to decide)
