Sooo, no pic in here....but i got a cool video of me wiping out at Stillwell Woods in Syosset....Watch it in HD! Figured id share it


Im fine, my left arm and shoulder are hurting, but nothing a week wont fix...also cut up and scraped pretty good too...but im fine, i got back up and rode for another 3 miles till the end of the trail.

Get well soon and just be glad that you didn't crash on a 25' gap jump like I did. Ive missed most of my summer.

daaaaaaaaamn, that sucks man! Yeah i would hate to kill my summer...let alone being in pain sucks!
