Dec 10, 2013 09:59 | #47 I notice a lot of color fringing, noise or something in the pics you've been posting. Notably in the water ripples in on the edges around the rocks. Is that the lens, body or post processing doing that? Fuji X-T1 | X-T2 | X-T3 | 35/1.4 | 10-24 | 18-55 | 55-200 | 50-140 | Rokinon 8/2.8II Fisheye | Rokinon 12/2

I'm using an ipad at the moment (travelling) so there is minimal postprocessing. But also it automatically compresses the photos, so it may be due to that.

I'm liking this lens but am wishing they had a faster zoom available. Somehow the 18-55 always seems to underwhelm me. Even a 50mm prime would suit me fine - had to crop this one in to get it where I liked it while keeping the distortion to a minimum. Might be time to investigate the lens adapter for the rest of my lenses.

Feb 03, 2014 19:50 | #54 I just picked up an EOS-M w/ 22mm for a great price. Very pleased with the IQ of this lens! ![]() IMG_0292.jpg ![]() ![]() IMAGE LINK: http://www.flickr.com/photos/waz0wski/12297712814/ ![]() IMG_0232.jpg ![]() ![]() IMAGE LINK: http://www.flickr.com/photos/waz0wski/12297451883/ ![]() IMG_0234.jpg ![]() ![]()

Vetteography wrote in post #16797344 ![]() How is the focus noise? I keep hearing 'Get an STM' for video, but I have never had my hands on one to test. I was looking at prices between this and the 40mm STM and I really like the wider lens. _______________
