Price is showing as $3,499 at the moment.

Just ordered mine from B&H photo for $3349....

You get back $594.83 on future order. $3499-$595= $2904

tried checking out.

You can buy some L glass from Adorama on buy.com, Ipad or any other household stuff from buy.com. I think it's very good deal. But you right it's 5d3 +594.83 to spend on buy.com at 3499$

Should be something like "$594.83 buy.com gift card free with 5D3 purchase".

Still wrong and misleading. You can only redeem $250 per purchase.

Misleading thread title is misleading. Should be:

"5D III body price equivalent to $2904 after $594 in credit points that need three purchases to use and possibly other hoops to jump through, plus taxes in certain states"

or, for brevity:
