Hey guys,
I've been in talked with a local club promoter to use some of my FAVORITE images for a new gothic night he is doing.
I've never approved my photos to be used on a flyer before, so I'd like to find out if anyone has any suggestions on how to go about this.
Do I need a contract in place to prevent him from using the images anywhere else without my permission? Seems logical.... (is there possibly a sample contract that I could use?)
Any help with this would be much appreciated
