Thanks chaps. I like to think that shooting at an angle aids the overall composition of the shot. Obviously it can be overdone and it should certainly be avoided if the only reason is for the sake of it. With all my shots I take a moment to work out the composition, sometimes a tilt will work other times it won't. My aim is to create a pleasing image beyond that of the subject matter so I look how I can lead the eye into a frame and sometimes a little angle helps that.

That first pic when they climb the hill coming towards you is excellent. It´s a really dramatic shot.
