I have to choose 10 of my pictures for a portfolio review, and I've got it down to 12, but I'm kind of stuck there. There are 8 that I know I absolutely want in, which leaves me with 4, of which I can keep two. Would you guys want to help with that? If you have the time, it'd be even better if you could provide a quick explanation of what made you pick them above the others.

The strongest of the set is #3. It tells a clear story, and the B&W treatment works very well. It's nice how the white bit on the wall aligns with the man's face, drawing attention to him.

I'm going with 3 & 4.

1 - Is too dark, and kind of not sure whether I should be looking at the older man, or the kids eating
2 - I almost like, but I find it to be relatively uninteresting. Can't tell what he is doing.
3 - Love everything about it
4 - Just more interesting then #2. The motion blur is just the right amount. The girl helps too. :)

2 and 3 for me. Composition is spot on and they both seem to tell a story better than the other ones.

hummm. well, I, personally, think the first one story-wise is the strongest. It's not just A doing B, but three completely different actions and face expressions.
