Thought I would post my pic from this fantastic spot. I tried a little different perspective than the traditional heads-on view. This was taken around 9 in the morning so the light was less than great, but I made due. What does everyone think?

I like it. Did you blend exposures or do HDR?

9 exposures and I used Nik HDREfex 2 for the HDR.

Very nice work. We were at C'lands back on 7/1 and yet somehow missed this arch. I knew it was there, and yet what passes for my brain got completely fogged over :(

Awesome shot. Color and perspective are spot on. KUDOS to you.


Have plenty of Canons, enough ammo, enough to blow 'em to "L". Now, I just have to learn to aim.

Very nice! I like the slightly different perspective, and the HDR works without being garish.
