I was going to say you could go into HSS (High Speed Sync), but it seems none of the Yongnuo's support HSS. :(

When using flash, the light falls off very quickly from your subject. The closer you get to your subject, the sooner the light falls off. Try and see what happens when you take the picture closer to the subject (may have to chimp it), and see if you can reduce or eliminate the ambient that way. Move the subject as far forward from background stuff as well. Kind of annoying, but may solve the WB problem if you can.

If steroids are illegal for athletes, should PS be illegal for models?

Edit: I did notice one thing, My Exposure Compensation is always at -3 even when i Meter, Its like the flash is not Communicating with my Camera. So i never know if the Exposure is right.

The meter in your camera is a reflective meter. It measures light bouncing off the scene and back into the lens. It cannot measure light that the flash has not produced yet. You can use the meter to get an idea of the ambient and how the scene is lit, but it is useless for the light that the flash is going to add. This is where the learning curve of flash photography comes in. :)
