photostitch problems

Just downloaded P. S. for my g-10. Can not open any pics. to work with. Only pics. that come up are the sample ones. Am I doing something wrong?

What happens when you try to open a picture? Is there an error message? Are the pictures you are trying to open in jpg or tif format? Raws won't work.

no error message, in jpg. Acts like it does not recognize camera. Have uninstalled and reinstalled program. am going to call canon

try download the pictures from your camera to the computer. then try use ps to edit them.
