Copyright Script for CS2

Does anyone have a script that simply puts your name in a photo somewhere?

Also a script to resize photos down to a certian size

I use Photoshop CS but I guess this menu will be available in CS2 as well:

To resize a photo you have a direct menu command:

File>Automate>Fit Image…

A dialog pops up. Set the width and height in the “Constrain Within” boxes to the desired values and click OK

If you wish, you can record it as an action and use Batch process to resize a complete folder or the images selected in the File Browser.

For the Copyright Script, I left it to a CS2 owner.

Will it do transparent?

I use a custom saved brush for my signature. You save it then when you use it you can make it any size or color you want. YOu can make it semi transparent by changing the opacity. Here is how you do it.

1. open new blank document with transparent background.
2. Use the type tool to type sig any color or style you want.
3. go to edit - define brush preset and name it my signature
4. It will appear as the very last brush under brushes. You change size and color just like any brush.
Hope this helps. I find it simple and easy.

In the constrain within boxes, if you put the same dimension in both boxes, say 1800, then it will automaticaly keep the longest side to that dimension and the short side will go to whatever your ratio is. What is this good for? If you have a file full of shots that you want to size to 4x6 and some are horizontal and some vertical you won't have to go through and rotate half of them.
