I shoot with my RAW to a CF card, and Medium Quality JPG's to an EyeFi SD card (which syncs to iPad for quick sharing/review).

I usually pull the CF card out and put it in my card reader to import RAW files into lightroom when the time for processing is here. Today it seems that I misplaced my CF card reader, so I connected my camera via USB.

I'm wondering if there is a way to have the camera only show files from one of the cards (the CF cards in this case) when connected to a computer via USB? Lightroom wants to pull all of the files off. I know I could simply take the EyeFi card out, but I'm looking for a solution where I don't have to pull the EyeFi card out, would prefer to just leave it at home in the camera. If you didn't notice, I lose little things (CF card reader...)
