Q's about the 60D viewfinder

Well a relative give me a brand new Nikon D90 with the 18-105 and while I'm making some comparisons, I notice that the viewfinder on the nikon is much sharper than the 60D why could be the reason ? If the 60D has mag .95x and the d90 is .95x both are at 96% coverage and both are pentaprism...

And no, it's not the diopter.. because it adjusted.

So I don't get it...

could be the focus screen in the 60d is just different.
mine has a bit of a crystalized look to it.

the d90 is a great camera. hang onto it and use it.

Uhmm yeah that could be the reason, but if it's, then certanly Canon must learn from Nikon cuz the viewfinder is way sharper.

Well yeah is very good camera, but i'm not getting used to.. There are a few things that I really don't like, but also some that kicks the 60D .. but in terms of IQ/Sharpness (I only have to compare the 18-135 IS/18-105 VR) the 18-135 is sharper..

I really think I'm going to put this d90 with <70 shots on sale this week....
