I had a friend who was trying to get her 6 year old son to behave as I was trying to take about 200 family portraits last week. In her frustration she told him that Santa wasn't coming to their house this year if he didn't settle down. I knew immediately after she had said those words that poor little guy was going to lose it, and he did. Then they spent the next half hour trying to convince him that Mom would talk to Santa on his behalf so he didn't have to cry anymore. What we do to our kids!

I thought Santa was at the Potomac Mills Mall here in Woodbridge, VA until Christmas.

Now i know why i haven't seen all the lists ... Wu, Blade, Suzy and others, remember that Santa lives in Finland's Lapland, not in North Pole ;) More info e.g. here (external link) and here (external link)

Are you going to tell us next that Fin-Santa has a sauna in his sled?

If the answer to that is "yes," I'm giving up sociology and signing up for elf duty!:D

Well that is one adorable shot, Sandi. He looks like he could be one of Santa's elves.

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

All these are fully legitimate branch offices of Santa, as long as good camera stuff is available!

What a great idea ;) . I would not be surprised that some of the countless elfs have done that somewhere (see here (external link)some interesting mobile saunas). This would be good way to attract some more elves to join the cheerful team :D:D

Can not agree more with Maureen! Great shot, Sandi. Tell Blade that there is job waiting for him.

Great shot Sandi...we still have 3 kids under 3, so they have no choice but to believe right now...:)
