Not sure what she is looking at in the first, and she is smack dab center, which can work, but she is so small in this setting that it almost overwhelms her?
I love the smile as well, but not liking the sepia processing.Again the framing has her dead center, a tighter crop would bring her closer to the viewer?

She looks like a lot of fun to photograph, get more!:D

you're a great friend, but if Zombies chase us, I am tripping you.

Yes. Beautiful smile. I would prefer this in color, with more lead space on the right side of the frame. I would suggest leveling the horizon/verticals, but the fence might be on a slant.

With the first shot, her head is rotated just a little too far away from the camera for my liking. I'd like to see her other eye more.

I like the idea, especially a happy model. I feel like she is very natural and very photogenic. However her youthful apparel and her expression is almost too opposite to the setting. That may or may not be a graveyard setting, but it feels like one. I feel like the girl should be on a busy street, a field of grass, a forest, or something alternate to the stone and wrought iron fences. The geometry of the setting conflicts with her natural perkiness. In #1 her gaze needs a focal point. We feel like there is something in that tree maybe? but there is not an object on the same plane of her gaze that we can relate to.

These look like some kind of college campus or something similar. In both shots some fill flash would help separate her from the background and provide some pop. They both seem a tad underexposed. In #2 you've got vertical thingies growing out of the top of her head - so the positioning is off there with respect to the fence. As mentioned above, getting a tighter shot/crop with her off-center would also help.
