Actually #2 (outside of really bad, harsh lighting, sorry OP) is too cool, hence the reason she looks kind of blue/gray.. Not everybody wants to be orangey tan, you know. With better color and lighting her skin would look fine.

I am super cool n' stuff.

Please take my critique with a grain of salt and know that I am only being constructive. POTN did this to me when I started, so I want to return the favor.
The lighting on these are a little off. #1's WB is a little too orange and the shadows are distracting. Plus, the crooked windows in the back throw me. It's a great moment, though :)
#2 is shot in the direct sun. This, for me, is always a no no. NO matter what (Unless it's a ceremony location in the sun.....we can't move those around, but we have control of where we shoot the formal/ posed photos). I find even lighting in the shade and shoot it.....I don't care if it's in a parking lot. You can have the most amazing background, but if you have shadows and squints, the photo is ruined. If you have beautiful even light, crop tight and your subject will shine. This was something that I wish I had known when I first started. Your bridesmaid in the middle needs a little warm up. She's suffering from Zombie skin, hehe. They do look like they're having fun and comfortable in front of you.....that's awesome!
#3 is the best of the bunch. It's a little on the cool side, but the lighting is definitely more even here. It could use a little fill on the guy on the left, but that's all.
It's hard to judge a wedding off of 3 photos, but so far, not too bad for a first wedding! Keep it up :)
