I charged the battery and inserted a card into the camera. Took a picture and the file name was: IMG_6858. Can I assume that my shutter count is somewhere in the neighborhood of 6858? Leisa

rrblint Listen! .... do you smell something?  More info | Aug 02, 2012 20:41 | #2 You can probably assume that that image number is AT LEAST equal to the shutter count, but the image numbers can be reset...Don't know a program that works for the Mac...Have you tried eoscount.com? Mark

Just wondering if anyone can help me. Thanks in advance. check it with EOS count or astrojargon
