The original raw file looked like it had possibilities, so I ran it through the new HDR tool in Canon's DPP software. Not too awful, actually. Handheld, with a rented 24-105L lens.

Nice shot but it is not quite centered (more of the wall appears on the right than on the left) nor is it level (the last step touches the bottom of the photo on the left but not on the right). Crop and level.

Good points. I'd actually straightened the original raw but the HDR tool doesn't 'see' that, and I neglected to correct the jpg output. I need to codify my workflow better. :)
