I did -2 0 +2 and sns-hdr to process them

These are all awsome but #1 is the best.

I don't see any ghosting either. Sometimes I find that SNS-HDR struggles with ghosting when Photomatix doesn't. I assume this set was all shot at high shutter speeds?

Yes, bright sunny day so shutter speeds were high and using a tripod. So I figured I could get away with it in sns-hdr as I much prefer that program. I too normally see ghosting with sns-hdr if hand held and slower shutter speeds.
