Yeah, 1D's have seals for moisture and dust intrusion prevention, for which you pay a good additional amount of money for the camera, 7D isn't so privileged.

had my body and cheap lens's for about a week now, plenty of dust here, but a damp rag and it comes off. we'll see about the sensor later on..

but as of now i don't seem to worried.

the lighting was terrible, it was early, and full dust, no sun..

once I got home I went to the camera store and had them take a look at the body and lenses, and to my surprise they said it looked good to go, no signs a thorough cleaning was needed. I did take as much care as possible when changing lenses and storage in a bag when not in use.

I make photo books at Lulu.com It's really easy, even for a computer idiot like me. No need to have (or understand) any software. You just make it online using the templates that are right there on the Lulu website.
