A series to introduce to photographer a photogenic place of North Vietnam - the terraced rice field

The cultivating season usually begins in May for mountainous regions, it is the time when you see people and water buffaloes working together:

And the people starting to cultivate rice into the ground:

Arriving here, you get yourself lost in a paradise of curves:

This is when the field is greener, after the starting period. A great thing of visiting the place is when you find out there's no pressure of city life here:

In the harvest season (usually Sept - Oct), the whole field is patched by a golden color:

And the local would get the grain right on spot by hitting a bundle of rice against a wooden container:
