Who owns this image???

How can I find out who owns the copyright to this image??

I can right click and save the image to my desktop, and read the metadata, but has no copyright information. I can see all the EXIF data, but no name. (Canon 1Ds Mark II, 70mm @ 2.8, ISO400 ,1/60sec, +1excomp, processed with CS4 on a Mac). But who took the shot??

At the end off the article it says "image courtesy of The Amy Winehouse Foundation". So I would guess either they own it or know who does.
