If I walked around with that damn Parrot on my shoulder all day I'd need 2 dozen suits too

No problem. He'll soon be able to perch atop your 500mm instead.

You'll have to borrow one of those ruffle necked shirts off Liberace to complete the authentic Pirate look tho' :p

Where do you wear 2 dozen suits in Waverly, Ny anyway... If any of you have driven I-86 (old rt 17) in New York State you know that road is mostly in the middle of nowhere... Waverly is on that road. Not that I can talk... I lived in Elmira for 3 years. Really though.... to bad we never knowingly crossed paths.

Actually, by Waverly standards, we all have at least 6-12 suits. You see, a new pair of fresh dark blue wrangler jeans with a button down white shirt is considered a suit in those parts :)

I'm a city boy stuck in the "country", so to speak. Waverly is out there, but most of my work brings me around the lakes. I've done a bit of work in Geneva, and around that area (newlyweds seem to love wine :p )

I've only done a couple in the immediate area. The "valley".

Wranglers? no no, dear boy. I don't get my clothes at Wal-Mart. A suit is a suit, whether you're in NYC or Towanda (unless you're on the south side). I need to look my best when meeting with clients, or meeting partners. I can't be wearing the same one all the time, you know! I probably don't REALLY have 2 dozen..that'd be silly. I probably have 14-15 or so. A couple probably don't even fit anymore.

Nice to see someone from the area!

Lol...come to think of it, around here, since it's so poor for the most part, when I go out in simple Ralph Lauren clothes, people gawk and stare, because to them,$75 Polo or nautica jeans are like $700 D&G or Dior is to us. It's quite pathetic.

He's really not a very big bird. He's probably (just guessing- I'm no good with measurements) about 15-16" from head to tail. His feet are going on 3" or so long.

Dont talk about the lakes and wine... we dont want anyone to know about our piece of paradise. It will end up like Napa if we are not careful. I have been to Napa and I honestly believe it holds nothing to the finger lakes area. Great place for wedding photography for sure. Between the wineries, and places like Garrets Chapel (on keuka) there are many "money" shots to had for sure. Anyway... sorry for hijacking this thread.

BTW. three button all the way.

My favorite is Belhurst. Great places there.

Yes, they're probably wondering why you pay so much for fakes. Counterfit gear is a big problem these days.
