For example I went to the digital photography (I think that was the one) website and they wanted like $14 a year. My card said $12 and it gave a specific web address to use.

Plus.. and I hate to say this, but I get them for the ads. you find out what might be new or get some ideas on what you may want to purchase or research for a new purchase.

I paid at the end of June for a sub and when I called last week they said they got the order like July 1st and that they would be starting my sub with the august issue. I sure hope they mean the November issue that comes out in August as they are always a few months ahead and I most likely ordered because I bought the august issue in the store back in May or June.
