^^Thanks for posting that. Very sharp. Now my only concern is how well the 50 L focuses wide open. :)

I have a 50L and a 3 :D

Lol. I ordered one today as well. Then I saw the 50L deal at Adorama.....oh well don't need both.

I totally have both, the 40mm is the perfect compliment to the 50L. the 50L is NOT a walk around, and when you don't want to risk 1.6k glass, the 40mm is perfect. Its not like having the same focal length, if I'm getting paid its the 50L, if its so I can have my 5D but be able to actually bring it with me on a vacation, pancake! 50L is MEGA HUGE.

The 40 and 50 would serve the same purpose for me. Besides I really just got the 40 to hold me over until the new 24-70 was released. When I see good deals I have a tendency to want to jump on them. Today I was presented with a good deal for the 135L and 50L but I have restrained myself.....so far. :p

I'm shopping right now. Buying the little things I want with a new system like batteries, brackets and what not. Don't think I'll pick up any more lenses today.

I wonder if the video editors on The Titanic ever went, "Sorry, I can't right now. I'm busy synching the Titanic..."
