Beautiful girl. The shot seems a bit dark and her skin tones appear a bit red on my monitor. Here's a quick edit where I brightened the image and lifted the shadows too. I also adjusted skin tones to a warmer hue. I also enhanced her eyes slightly.

I used CS6's raw editor to adjust the lights/shadows and w/b and finished in CS6 to adjust her eyes, ajust contrast/brightness and to further adjust overall warmer tone.

I would:

-Choose a brighter background

-Looks like you PP her teeth in making them whiter, you should have done so with the eyes as well

-Her face seems a bit underexposed, you could use flash to lighten her face a bit more

-Her pose makes her neck look a bit weird and I would make her turn her upperbody a bit more towards the camera.

Beautiful girl so keep shooting!

The extreme turn of her head makes her neck wrinkle. Its just an odd angle for such a tight shot. she is a lovely girl, but the pose looks uncomfortable and you need to get some light in her eyes to make them sparkle.

Interesting, my edit doesn't appear 'blown out' at all on my monitor. I may have to do a calibration on it soon.

Doc, its not blown out, but it may be a tad too bright. The OP's is certainly very red, and I totally agree about a different angle, this one just looks awkward.

Maybe it's my monitor that needs to be calibrated. T.E.R's edit looks a good bit more red than my original post. I guess I know what I'll be doing tonight. Again, thanks again everyone - I'll be reshooting in a few days and will not be using this pose :)

I see a lot of red too, almost like a sunburn. Here is my take on it. Softened the skin wrinkles, cleaned some flyaways, brightened, desaturated some red about 10% but held back the lips and eyes.
EDIT: And I cleaned the strong verticals in the background.

I don't see the redness either but my Dell 3011 seems to have s slight green/blueish cast over it in RGB mode. Im getting myself an i1 somewhere this month as well to calibrate my screen. On the other hand I dont see a blown out picture (Navydoc's) either.

+1 Not blown, but too hot for my taste.
