Bird ID query

I'm not sure what this species is, my best guess is a Fulmar, but I could be wrong. If anyone can enlighten me I will be grateful.

It doesn't look like a Fulmar, it could be a Caspian Gull.

It's definitely not a fulmar. Fulmars have a tubular nasal passage that attaches to the upper bill. This bird has nasal openings on the side of the bill and is pretty clearly a juvenile gull. Joe52's guess of a Caspian gull may be correct or it might be a juvenile of the closely related herring gull. Both of these guesses assume that this is a large gull.
