I'm not sure what this species is, my best guess is a Fulmar, but I could be wrong. If anyone can enlighten me I will be grateful.

WallyD3 Hatchling 8 posts Joined Jan 2012 More info | Aug 10, 2012 18:34 | #4 It's definitely not a fulmar. Fulmars have a tubular nasal passage that attaches to the upper bill. This bird has nasal openings on the side of the bill and is pretty clearly a juvenile gull. Joe52's guess of a Caspian gull may be correct or it might be a juvenile of the closely related herring gull. Both of these guesses assume that this is a large gull.
