So I have several photos that the underlying bra pattern is showing through the tank top like this attached photo.

I tried with spot healing brush and healing brush tools but the results are not pretty.

So I am asking people here who has more experience in photoshop to see if this could be fixed with not too many complicated steps?

The pattern is almost exclusively in the RED channel - try editing this channel and selectively blurring the channel where the pattern is strongest.

I selected the rough area, softened it out a bit and then used Lens Blur to remove the distracting patterns and it seemed to work well enough on the small sample posted.

In the 1984 0lympics the winner of the first woman's marathon, Joanie Benoit, was thoroughly criticized because as she entered the stadium after running 26 hot miles, her bra strap was showing. I had thought we had gotten beyond that.

Thank you Nightstalker for the tip, I am checking on how to edit chanel in Photoshop now.
