I found this Rail with 3 young in east New Orleans louisiana. Are they Clapper or King Rails?

They are terrific shots.

Clappers and Kings have been known to hybridize. Can't say if that's what these are however.

All we have in the UK (AFAIK) are Water Rails, so I couldn't help ID them. Good shots though.
