I would agree with you. The paint on the Gitzo legs is chipping off (the metal parts) and the arca Swiss b2 is scratched up quite a bit. Still works beautifully and when its on the outside of my bag it looks like a cheap old beat up tripod. Not to mention most people think my camera is a big old ghetto video camera from the 80s/90s ;)

I usually agree with them and carry on :p
