MsMinstral

Ù‹Welcome to the forum .
It seems to me that you looked at the photoes as normal shots.
The 3d effect is obtained as you look at the double shot from at least 60 cm, cross your eyes until you see a third picture in the middle. Focus your eyes at the new middle picture and you will see a 3d picture
It's hard to do, but worth trying
Regards

Beautiful shots, beautiful flowers and beautiful 3-D Ahmad. Excellent.
Are you using Stereophotomaker to align the shots?

Hello Brian

Thank you very much for your extremely kind words. I am happy that you like them

Actually I didn't get the technique of using Stereophotomaker yet, so I still use the normal way, and calibrate by eye  . I try to find reference points to adjust the alignment.

Regards

Ahmad,
I too enjoyed viewing your stereos: they do you much credit!

#1 Is by far the best: clear, nicely aligned and an effective Through The Window presentation. :D

#2 This does not work as a stereo. It lacks depth as the stereobase (sideshift) was insufficient.

#3 Has got depth but a huge window violation degrading the viewing experience. Judging alignment by naked eye can work fine at first but fatigue will soon lead to not noticing the technical areas needing correction. SPM will help you in this respect.

These are fine efforts. I would reprocess #3 to show you the minimal tweaking necessary to get your shot just so but you have not issued a general statement of permission to do so.

I look forward to seeing more of your work -- you clearly have ability as a stereographer :D

Thank you Balliolman very much for your kind words and thourough analysis.

For the second shot, after I posted it I realised that someone will post this remark about horizontal movement, and I am so proud that it comes from an expert..
For the third shot, you are extremely right. I felt there was something unpleasent but I couldn't point it out. I don't have enough experience to work with SPM so plase FEEL FREE TO DO ALL THE CORRECTIONS YOU SEE ( sorry about the general permission, I missed it ) , but please state the corrections that we can get some tution  .

Best regards

Ahmed, as requested here is a corrected stereo. I have put all the image in a position so it appears to be behind the frame. I also corrected the tilting of the camera between shots. However, there remains a noticeable vertical misalignment. There is a slight difference in the size of each chip. I think you may have moved your camera closer to or further away from the subject when sideshifting. Moreover, with such a small file only so much can be done with accuracy. Download Stereo Photo Maker and read the guidance notes if you will. Then get back to me with any questions you may have: I shall be pleased to help you! :D
