Washed up boat parts on the beach

I'm assuming that's what these are. I went to the beach the other day to shoot and saw this area where you kinda had to do some climbing and whatnot to get to and figured it was worth it...Let me know what you guys think about it, good or bad

Cool shot.

Although it's a fish eye shot, the out of kilter horizon makes me feel cockeyed. The wire/rope spool draws the eye, but is very far over the right, which causes a skewed balance to the image. I would hunt around for a camera position that brought it closer to the center.

By the way, the log looks like a dock piling and the spool is not a boat part.

Having the beach lower just is messing up.... it is just not fishie enough... or just a little too much depending on your perspective. I like the concept and all... it just feels awkward.
