First Newborn! C&C?

I've only shot my own DD's newborn pictures and other portraits and did my first newborn of a friend of mine today. I'd love any C&C you all may have. I've only edited one picture so far. Need to wait for DD to go to bed before I can do the rest.

It looks sharp and in focus, exposure looks good. I find the diaper hugely distracting, honestly.. And I'd try and edit the red and the dry bits around the babe's nose.

Thank you! I'm going to work a little more on her face. Mom doesn't want it too doll-like. The diaper has some special meaning so it stays. It does look less distracting in this edit:
