This web was nonexistent after dinner. Then a few hours later it was just about complete on my front porch. Anyone know what it's called?

We have one at the house and I tried to get some photos the other day while it was weaving but spiders give me the HEEBIE JEEBIES! UGH...I can feel it crawling on me now.
