Sweet post up in #6 !

He's Pro ... he knows how to win. :D

What time was that finish? Noon? All the races around here end near sunset!

good set, though I feel there is a little too much blur in some of the shots where you used your speedlite.

I see that you don't sell images via your Smugmug, but rather your other site. That means that downloads are via email and Paypal, with a delay (naturally). Smugmug downloads are immediate but require a credit card (naturally).

Care to share some thoughts? or am I prying too much? :D

Awesome. What's your go-to lens for shooting crits?

Thanks Biff for checkin' out the pics.
I was pretty happy with how #6 turned out. The winner had an awesome expression & I was able to grab most of the sponsors of the race in the photo.

If I remember correctly, the Pro 1/2 race finished a little after 4pm.

Thanks Crandall for the feedback.
I was draggin' the shutter a bit trying to convey the speed these guys were going in some of the shots.

Well doesn't everyone head to CyclingIllustrated.com for their local cycling news!? It just makes it a one-stop-drop for riders to get their news and photos in one place! ;) :D

Kidding aside, I'm just getting started taking cycling photos and I have been given the great opportunity to shoot for and post my images on CI.com where they can be seen by riders/people that dont know about me or my Smugmug page. Turn-around is usually a couple of hours, if that, if a purchase is made.

That being said, I really do appreciate the feedback you & others give me. I know there is always room to improve and with feedback from others, whether it be guys with experience or someone that doesn't ride/cycle, it opens my eyes to stuff I may or may not be seeing.

Thanks Can2.
Right now my go-to lenses are the 16-35mm & 70-200mm. I'd like to get a 300mm or possibly longer sometime soon though.
