Could you please direct me where I can download the Canon 8-15mm f4 fisheye lens profile in LR4? or please show me how to create one.

It takes a bit of study to learn how to use it, but it is a very useful tool. Note, in particular, Step 9 under Getting Started for how to search for existing lens profiles.
