I'm currently creating a game-day program for the local high school football team. Team and indv. photos were taken by a large photography business like, LifeTouch. I've talked to the owner and he is going to give the school district a cd with all of the files that I need but I still think I should have them signing something over saying that they will not be making ANY money from this. What do you think...?
This is what I have so far:
Big Photographer is releasing the following sets of images to I to be used for the 2012 ___________High School Official Game-Day Programs. Big Photographer understands that they will not be receiving any profits from the game day programs. I understands that all photos taken by Big Photographer will not be used for any other purposes other than for the football programs.
I will give credit to those photos used in the program that are property of Big Photographer by giving them a credit such as, “© ____ 2012, or Photo Credit: BIG Name Photographer 2012
