took shots of their notices at Elstree Service Centre with my phone; probably on their web site somewhere but may be of interest
I took a two yr. old 100mm f2.8L in as the manual focus was not functioning properly and was informed there was a set price of £150 for repairs (not including impact damage of course).
Also took in a 4 yr. old MP-E65. As the lens was brought out 'more than 10yrs ago' they had to check they had the parts and will ring with a quote. If they hadn't the parts they would recommend an authorised service agent.
