Newbie taking pics of Cars, well parts of cars actually. I was looking for some place to eat, last Saturday (8/11/12), and happened to see mainstreet blocked off (Clawson MI), and a lot of cool looking cars. The light was bad (overcast), and I took the wrong lens with me (70-200L f2.8).. for taking pics of the cars up close but got some interesting Car parts. I don't know if this will interest any one... C&C always welcome.

Nice ones. The 70-200L f2.8 is pretty good for detail shots, but you might try around f/4-5.5 to blur the background a little.

Thanks will take the f-stop blur under advisement.. I wasn't even really thinking about the background when I was taking them..

Sweet shot too..

Well, the background is about half of the shot, right? ;)
