And then there's an estate sale, where your equipment is sold for pennies on the dollar.

Not relevant to the quote... ;)

Though, if anyone ever wonders if our hardware will fail with the modular notch cuts on it so you can remove the webbing, know that every Cinch sold has (sort of secretly) had the same cutouts on the back, and has never once failed.

Absolutely no chance of the webbing coming loose through the slit from regular use?
So besides the lanyard with D-ring, pull tab, pod mount, aluminum slider, Luma Lux and something for L-plate users, anything else in the works?

The few thousand Cinches in the field have had the same notch cuts on the rear tri-glide, and they have not only never failed, most users don't even know they exist.

Also, this isn't something we invented - both Duraflex and ITW Nexus side release buckles are offered in what they call the "Quick Attach" version with the same notches. A lot of body armor uses this feature to directly attach slings, secondary armor plates (deltoids, corroded artery protection) and different cummerbund options to the main plate carrier (the portion of the armor system that goes around the sides, they can have armor, or no armor, or a really minimalist elastic). It is a well-proven design.

So besides the lanyard with D-ring, pull tab, pod mount, aluminum slider, Luma Lux and something for L-plate users, anything else in the works?

Most of everything you listed is either in production or is designed and scheduled for production as soon as we can get CNC machine time (a constant battle).

The Lux and "L-plate solution" are both still in development. One is waiting on a new supplier and the other is sitting on my SolidWorks screen right now, waiting for me to finish this glass of Lagavulin 16. :)

That is the plan.

We are doing the user manual over the next couple of days. It will all be online so we can make easy updates and use video and the like. A lot better than printed instructions and keeps the packaging very minimalist.
