I use the membrane connector to the left of my camera (looking from the back) on the same side as the battery door of the grip. I attach the other end of the cinch to the top left of the camera. It doesn't interfere with the handstrap on the right side.

Try connecting it to the right factory bracket and the right L-Plate bracket.

Connecting at the top Right and bottom Left, you get this triangle effect where the corner of the camera presses against you, so it never hangs right and gets super annoying. We've found that just connecting both ends of the Cinch to a single side of the camera works pretty well to fix this.

I'll try it when I get the chance. Right now I have my hand strap attached to the right factory bracket and the other end shares the right L-Plate bracket with the Cinch. Maybe I'll switch things around this weekend.

Yup, the pull tab should be Cinch signature IMHO :).

Ordered today. Should not have waited so long. Will miss it next week on my trip to Yellowstone National Park. But have other things planned to try it out on.

I ordered a Cinch 2 for the camera I just bought for my wife, i.e., the Rebel SL1. It's a light camera but her walk around lens will be the 15-85 which should give the setup enough weight for the Cinch to work properly.

Time will tell. My order was shipped out the next day. Very efficient.

luma labs has been so great with responding to any questions or requests so i hate bringing up anything not positive however I had a rather important question regarding the quick links. I've been using the strap since release and I noticed a few times that one of the quick links was unscrewed. I am wondering if Im not tightening it enough (hand tighten) and if anyone else is experiencing this. I'm just a little worried because I dont want it falling off the strap. I'm now constantly checking the links as I walk, and am considering not even using them.
